The park system is over seven miles long from end to end. It covers 1,100 acres. Our detailed maps will show you where you can find many of the things to make your park visit enjoyable and convenient.

Unlike traditional product roadmaps, the GO roadmap is goal-oriented (hence the name). Goals or outcomes such as user acquisition, activation, and retention play a central role. The Q44 Select Bus Service runs from the Bronx Zoo, over the White Stone Bridge to Flushing, Queens and to Downtown Jamaica via Main St. This route provides a vital link between the Bronx and growing jobs centers in Queens, carrying over 27,000 passengers per day, and connecting the 2, 5,6,7,E, F, J, and Z subway lines, dozens of other bus routes, as well as two Long Island Railroad Stations and the AirTrain to JFK Airport.

DOT and MTA have convened a Community Advisory Committee to provide guidance for the Flushing-Jamaica Select Bus Service project. The committee will meet throughout the project's planning phase and is comprised of a broad range of stakeholders, including elected officials, Community Boards, community groups, and major area institutions.

It is possible to download map data from the OpenStreetMap dataset in a number of ways. The full dataset is available from the OpenStreetMap website download area. It is also possible to select smaller areas to download. Data normally comes in the form of .osm files in the OSM XML format. If you just want to use a "map" (e.g. for a GPS device) then you likely do not want to download this raw data, instead see other OSM download options.

Alternatively, you can use download-osm tool from OpenMapTiles project to quickly download the entire planet from multiple mirrors at once, without overloading the primary server. The tool will ensure the download data is consistent with MD5 hash. It can also be used to download and validate regional extracts from Geofabrik, BBBike, and OSM.fr.

Several extracts allow to download more manageable file sizes, from an entire continent to parts of a country. Tools like Osmosis, osmconvert, and osmfilter will assist you to extract specific data from these extracts.

A basic operation of the OpenStreetMap API, is the 'map' request. For the relevant API documentation see: API v0.6#Retrieving map data by bounding box: GET /api/0.6/map. Furthermore, the main api allows you to download the XML of single elements and the history of each of these elements. It is dedicated to editing, not downloads. Don't use this for mass requests, because this is resource intensive. Please use Overpass API or XAPI instead.

JOSM provides a useful interface for selecting the area you wish to download, and instant visualization of all the data you have downloaded. You can edit the data to re-upload it later. You can also save the data to .osm file (JOSM file format) for further processing. But because it employs the main API, it is not intended for downloading large quantities of data.

The region is specified by a bounding box, which consists of a minimum and maximum latitude and longitude. Choose as small a region as will be useful to you, since larger regions will result in larger data files, longer download times, and heavier load on the server. The server may reject your region if it is larger than 1/4 degree in either dimension. When you're first starting out, choose a very small region so that you can figure things out quickly with small data sets.

The small trail leading from the 11/30 parking area south on corridor trail 7 is closed due to unsafe bridges along the trail. Riders will need to cross Route 11/30 at the parking area. Please use caution as traffic on this road is moving quickly!

Even if you buy a local SIM card, the service may be too patchy in some places to be relied upon. Follow these instructions to download Google Maps of Jamaica to be accessed offline. Do your research in advance and plot a preferred route but note that you may need to change on the fly if road conditions are altered. We encountered a landslide that had blocked the main route across the Blue Mountains. This caused no end of confusion and a couple of exploratory detours before a local kindly informed us that a private road through a coffee plantation was the best alternate route.

Parcel data can be downloaded from VCGI either in one statewide file or by individual town. Data are also available through a web map service for use directly in GIS software without the need to download data. These maps are created by the VTANR and the data are available to the public by download from the VT ANR Natural Resource Atlas, or from the Vermont Center for Geographic Information (VCGI).
